hi everybody i got scoliosis with 5degreee and i need help can someone help me out please

Hello, Bakar;
A 5 degree curvature is very minor. The definition of scoliosis is a curvature measuring 10 degrees or more, so, technically, it isn't even considered a scoliosis.
