I am just wondering if it is possible for the CLEAR Institute to try and spread the CLEAR Program into Canada by Scoliosis awareness fairs or getting speakers to talk across Canada. Since from the result of not having the CLEAR program being known across Canada. There are still only two options here which are Surgery and bracing. Since you did spread this into Singapore, Australia and the Philippines can you please do this next in Canada more preferably Vancouver as well. It would really help if the awareness is spread all across Canada. Since like I said before there are currently only two options in Canada still. It is sad to hear but it is true Canada still only has 2 options for people diagnose with Scoliosis both children and adults alike that have this disease. :( |

Hi My neice has been recently diagnosed and her spine is rapidly curving. We live in Sasktachewan, Canada and she has seen 2 doctors here. Her curvature was discovered at 26 degrees (I believe) and is now over 40..they are recommending surgery for her soon. She has used a brace but its obviously not the answer. She is a brilliant young girl, and has an amazing talent in gymnastics. I am her aunt and just praying that we can find something to hopefully stabilize and even straighten out her tiny little spine so she doesnt have to get surgery...Thanks soo much for your site, I continue to have hope for her! |

Hi again, I am just hoping someone can give us some advice to at least get her stabilized so the spine can stop the curving..I am told that she hasnt even had a growth spurt yet so that is a concern. We have no other options here..I watched your video and wished I could up a machine myself for her:P I have looked into raindrop therapy, body talk, my brother got an inversion board but we have heard they are not effective, and the brace has done nothing for stabilizing the curve..I am devastated..the vision of a steel rod in her tiny spine just breaks my heart:crying:, her mobility will be limited and gymnastics will be a thing of the past. I am trying to stay very positive:unsure: but i feel quite helpless..we need more options in our area..what can we do? |

Hello again, I would love to help. I'm sorry that I can't offer any suggestions closer to you. Stabilization of the spine is a tricky job. I think the best option is to arrange to have consultation with one of the CLEAR Intensive Certified Doctors. Though it would require travel to the U.S, I believe that is the best alternative. Once your niece is evaluated, the doctor can design a treatment plan especially for her. They can show you how to use the scoliosis traction chair to best help her curves and the critical exercises and neuromuscular re-education to help stabilize her spine. I understand, this option is not in your area, but, if you have a local chiropractor that you know and trust, encourage the doctor to receive training from CLEAR so they can help more spines in need! I wish you all the best, Dr. Sue Bosler |

Thank you for passing the word to Dr. Jacob Kang Dr. Bosler. If Vancouver, B.C. gets a CLEAR certified doctor you will have my thanks. Please continue to spread this program into Canada and the whole world so everyone can have a choice to take this treatment and be cured from scoliosis. You have my thanks doctor! -Anon. |

Hi, my name is Lily and I came across this since I too live in Vancouver. I have scoliosis but i'm not sure if it progressed at all but I would like to see the treatment become available in Vancouver like the first poster, Anon. does. I am turning 18 soon and is it too late for me to get this treatment? From my research on this program it's not too late for me and anyone young and old can get this treatment. So I would like to see some actions done to get this great program here into Canada since Jacob Kang is the only CLEAR certified doctor but is all the way in Eastern Canada. Problem is that I do not know any chiropractors and hopefully Doctor Jacob Kang spreads the word all across Canada and hopefully see an article about this program in The Canadian Chiropractor Magazine to spread the words to readers and to Canadian Chiropractors maybe even the news. |
