I'm 15, My doctor was Clayton Stitzel in Litiz and when I first walked in his office with a 40 degree "C" curvature, I thought my chances of getting better were close to none. Well my change of opinion turned when he took my curve to a 37-40 degree curvature, down to about 25 degrees. You would be AMAZED what results you will recieve with hardwork and dedication. Not only that, but everyone working in the office are funny, are always making jokes, and are overall great people to spend your days with while in intensive treatment. The experiences really do impact your life and better your health, I know my family & I are soo extremely grateful for having this opportunity to overall better my health and take away the pain. When the orthopedic told me about surgery, I couldn't handle all the risks. But I just had my second time going through treatment 4 months later, and my scoliosis had not changed or worsened. And at the end of last week, I when from 25 degrees to about 18. But I'm telling you now, you cannot blow off doing your exercises and traction chair. You have to walk in knowing what your getting yourself into. I don't doubt anyone not seeing great results if you have strength, integrity, and hope. All I can say is I hope you take this opportunity, and make the best of it! "TAME THE BEAST!" :D

Awesome news! It's always refreshing to hear GOOD doctor stories. Here's mine: I had back problems for years, and a huge 65 degree curvature in my spine. No one could figure it out. I drank milk every day and exercised my whole life. It wasn't until a doctor I met online suggested I get a breast reduction to help fix my back. I am planning to go through with it at some point. But it's just a load off my back knowing that an answer is out there!
