Im home from my 2 week intence theropy!!!!! im glad to be home, and it was a success!!! my curve went down 27 degrees!!!! i am soo happy i go back in 3 months for a week i am so happy its going down! I thank Dr. Dovorany so much for doing this, he is a greeat Dr. And i would reccomend this to anyone with scoliosis!!!!! Its amazing!!! i havent had any pain since i came home!! and i have no knots in my back! it does wonders! yea its hard work but its ALL worth it!!!!

how old are you and what was the degree before it went down?

and I'd like to hear what your home program consists of...especially what kind of neuromuscular reeducation you are doing...
