Hey everyone I have a question about the scoliosis exercises that we are required to do everyday. I need you guys to be honest and tell me if your son/daughter does the exercises religiously everyday, no excuses? There are days when I honestly cannot get two exercises done daily, but I always make sure that I do it at least once if I can't do it twice a day. Will this drastically decrease my improvement?

What about the times during the day? I have morning classes so I can't do it in the morning, I have work in the afternoon and then therapy, so the only times that I can do it is after 6pm, and then I'll do my second exercise at 12 am. Do you guys think that this is still okay? Or should I find a way to squeeze it into the morning and before I go to bed?

Last question: What about spinal molding? I sometimes forget to sleep with my towels under my back, but I always make sure to sleep on my side or back instead of my stomach. Will this truly affect my improvement if I am not consistent with this?
