Hi diwelsh, It is not typical for the body to reject the scoliosis traction chair. The idea behind the chair is to traction the spine and de rotate the scoliosis. It is imperative that the patient is set up in the chair correctly. Sometimes as the spine begins to change it may appear that the posture is changing, we expect that in a good way. ; ) However, when in doubt we always recommend that you discuss those changes with the CLEAR practioner. Your CLEAR practioner will show you how to make sure the scoliosis traction chair is being utilize for optimal correction. Please let me know if I can be of further clarification. Dr. Bosler
