I am a single mother who has a 15 year old daughter that has a 40/46 curvature of her spine. My children have been unisured for over 5 years. I work a full time job and if I choose the option for family health coverage I might as well not work at all. I teach at a cosmetology school and I love my job. I have paid out of pocket for chiropractic care over that time and I love all that it stands for. I let someone scare me into taking her to see an orthapedic doctor today, and it has been a nightmare. I prepaid the visit before I ever saw the doctor. He was not very friendly and as soon as I shared my chiropractic story the treatment of my daughter and myself diminished. He took more x-rays and told us our only option was surgery. I talked to my chiropractor tonight and he is the one who gave me this web page. I am so tired, confused and frustrated, and the only thing I want is for my daughter to have a normal spine.

Hi, I am so sorry it took so long to respond to your question. I know you must be going through a very trying time. I understand that you want the very best for your daughter. There is a lot of pressure to follow the medical road when it comes to scoliosis, but know that you do not have to be forced into surgery. Not only is the CLEAR protocol completely non-invasive, it can be very effective and much more affordable.
