Hi,
I'm so happy to hear that you will be starting with correction. If would be great if you could discuss your case with the doctor that will be treating you.
Because the exercises are specifically designed for each patient it would be difficult to recommend the exercises that you will need.
I can give you some basic tips though.
It is very important to sit with good posture.
Don't sit with your legs crossed.
Don't lie with your head propped up on pillows.
Try not to have your head turned while watching tv or working.
No heavy lifting
Avoid texting as much as possible
Try to avoid looking down for extended periods, ie..reading a novel.
Avoid standing with more weight on one leg than the other.
Hope that helps!!!
Good luck with your journey.
