Tracy, my son was diagnosed with S-scoliosis 6 months ago and his curve progressed from about 38/24 to 46/27 since than. I read alot about the subject and now that there are many people who are claimng a quick success of similar treatment, but the results deminish after few months and the curve is getting back to where it was before or even worse. What is your feeling about that? I'd really appreciate your answer since we're very close to making a final decision about surgery. Thank you. Vladimir

Dear Karen, Thank you for your e-mail. I understand your concern. Scoliosis is very difficult and no two patients are alike. Our first goal is to stabilize the scoliosis. It sounds like your child is stabilized. There are a lot of variables. Who is the CLEAR Doctor she has been seeing? What is your child's age? What are the Cobb angles? How is the curve in her neck? Did any of the other angles on the x-rays improve (upper angle, lower angle, CD angle, DUD angle, LD angle, LS angle)? Dr. Woggon - My kid undergone the Clear treatment for 1 year and every X-ray showed that there is no improvement. Can you advise what do we need to do as I really like to see improvement.

Dear Vladmir, My 17 yr. old daughter has been doing clear institute therapy for almost a year now....her IMPROVEMENTS keep coming. So, not only has her spinal health improved in many areas....the results are lasting. Best of luck to you, Mary Lane

Hi Vladmir, Pleas excuse the interuption. I am sorry to hear that your son is loosing some of his progress. There are many factors that can result in this, ie accidents, growth spurts, trauma, following through with suggested treatment or lack of follow up. Our goal at CLEAR is not only to give hope, but more importantly to provide successful treatment. Hi! My daughter, Marlaina, went from a 48 degree curve and a lot of back pain to, after 2 weeks of treatment from Dr. Dennis Woggon, St. Cloud, MN, a 34 degree curve!! I think this program is a GOD-SEND!! After I made our reservation, I went to a cocktail party and met a medical doctor there who told me the story of a patient of his who was corrected 80% from a curve of 53 degrees!! He said, "It must be the same doctor, because she went home with a chair!" Since then, I have found that story is another of the Clear testimonials who I just happened upon at a moment in my life when I needed to hear it. Marlaina worked hard, while at the institute...she was seen twice a day, and did a lot of rehabilitative work...and then exercises on her own at night. She was very embarassed about her situation before we went to the Clear Institute. But, there, she met lots of other people, kids near her age, 15, and even a surprising amount of older people!! I took her out of school for 2 weeks because we had seen her curve go from 24 degrees to 48 degrees very quickly!! It made a huge impact on Marlaina that she had to be taken out of school for the treatment...I think it made her understand how important it is. When we returned with a chair, it was the most natural thing for her to keep up with her rehabilitation every day! I haven't heard her complain at all about pains in her back since we've returned...and the best part is that now she is no longer a candidate for surgery!!! We will keep up with what we've learned and work with the chair and see the doctor in 6 months to see more great results!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WE'VE MET THRU CLEAR...ALL are exemplary people and I recommend this program to EVERYONE before considering surgery, which as my brother insists is "barbaric" as he has seen in his work as a Chiropractor. :D
