Did you follow through with the treatment? Where in NC was the doctor located? How much was the treatment? Did insurance cover any of the costs?

We were told just yesterday that our 15 year old son- otherwise healthy- was going to require surgery for a scoliosis curve of 55 degrees. He has no pain at all and is not disfigured. He has been braced for the better part of two years. You can't even tell he has scoliosis unless you take a look at the x rays!
We have contaced a doctor in North Carolina who is CLEAR certified for intensive treatment. How long did it take you all to get in and how did your child or yourself do with the intensive therapy for two weeks. What should we expect?
